Organic sweet cream butter with a fat content of 82.6% from Organic Milk is a natural product made from pasteurized tops of uncollected organic cow's milk. No added GMOs. Store it at the following temperature conditions: mode 1 (from 0 °C to -5 °C) - 35 days, mode 2 (from -6 °C to -11 °C) - 60 days, mode 3 (from -12 °C up to -18 °C) - 75 days at a relative air humidity of no more than 80%.
