  • Do you deliver to my address?

    We deliver to the following areas of New Dubai within an hour: Dubai Marina, JLT, JBR, The Palm Jumeirah, Tecom, Greens, Media City, Al Barsha, Business Bay, Downtown.

    If your address shows outside New Dubai area, please contact us for delivery time and minimum order amount.

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product(s)?

    If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us by phone/whatsapp +971 (52) 370 6 376 and leave a request for a return. We will conduct an internal audit and if any quality discrepancies are identified, we will refund your money in full or replace the product(s).

  • If the product(s) are out of stock?

    If for some reason the ordered product is not available, we are ready to replace it with a similar one. Replacement of goods is agreed upon by phone/whatsapp.

  • In case of replacement of products?

    In case of replacement or unavailability of some products or the presence of weighted goods in the order, the amount may change.

  • I won't be able to pick up the delivery. What to do?

    If you cannot accept delivery at the designated time or if you want the courier to deliver and leave the order near the entrance, you have the opportunity to write in the comments to leave the order near the door, or you can cancel the order or place a new order for a different date/time . To cancel delivery, please contact the contact center by phone/whatsapp: +971 (52) 370 6 376.

  • How are products stored and orders filled?

    All products are stored in accordance with the product content requirements specified by the manufacturers, taking into account both temperature conditions and specific storage conditions, and special attention is paid to product packaging.

  • Why is there a substitution in the order?

    Purchases are made constantly, so product availability can change very quickly. We display the product at the time of placing an order, but a minute later another buyer can pick it up from the shelf.

  • I was given the wrong product or not given it at all. What to do?

    Please describe the situation to the store employees. If you are already at home, call us on +971 (52) 370 6 376 or write to Whatsapp. We'll definitely figure it out.

  • Return of goods?

    Please note that it is not possible to return food products of proper quality. If you have any complaints about the quality, timing, order completion, etc., then send us a photo in the chat so we can check the product. We will definitely help resolve the issue.
